Frequently Asked Questions

It's really quite simple. We offer unparalleled customer service, responsive drop-off and delivery, no-nonsense billing, and friendly service. With smaller, residential friendly equipment we can get to places other companies can't.

Dumpster rental depends on dumpster availability.

This list includes but is not limited to:
Hazardous materials, paints (oil, aerosol, or water based), oils (motor, hydraulic, or food), fuels (gas, diesel, or propane), batteries (any type), poison, insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, fluorescent bulbs, asbestos, propane tanks (even if empty), tires (on or off wheels), appliances with Freon (ac units, refrigerators, freezers), televisions & computers (including laptops, keyboards & mice), electronics (dvd & vcr players, radios & video game consoles), offices equipment (printers, fax machines & phones), dirt, rocks, concrete, and asphalt.
Typical residential placements are for 5 or 10 days, but shorter or longer periods of time can be arranged. Licensed contractors may qualify for extended set times. We typically call a day or two ahead of a scheduled pickup to confirm the dumpster is ready.
There are NO hidden charges – please note that overweight dumpsters, extended rental times, extra trip fees, hazardous materials in the dumpsters, or damage to the dumpster may result in additional costs. These are, however, spelled out before or at delivery.
Acceptable payment methods are cash, local check, debit card or major credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX or Discover). Credit/debit cards are not processed until delivery date. Check or cash payments must be received upon delivery. Contractors, with approval may be invoiced. There is a 3 percent fee for debit/credit payments.
Each dumpster has its specific weight limit. This will be spelled out before or at delivery. Exceeding weight limits are charged at $65/ton prorated.
Roll-offs can be placed wherever the customer requests provided it does not create a safety hazard, and is easily accessible. Street placement must comply with local regulations and may require a permit (additional costs may apply). Lawn placements will require a waiver.
Our small equipment is extremely residential friendly. With highly trained drives, we will do our absolute best to ensure your driveway is unharmed. For added protection, per your request, we will provide wooden planks to place under the dumpster to protect new, stamped or faux finished driveways.
Dumpsters may be filled level to the top edge of the container. Overloaded materials may require the customer to offload excess material to facilitate safe travel.
